Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for websites of public accommodations.
What We Have Done
In September 2026 we completed a full accessibility audit of every page on this site and remediated the findings, including page structure, form labels, keyboard navigation, focus visibility, image descriptions, and color contrast. We re-test the site on a recurring schedule and review every new page and post against the same standard before it is published.
Known Limitations
Some older blog articles may still contain images or formatting that do not fully meet our standard. We are updating these on a rolling basis. Third party content, such as embedded maps and carrier portals, may not be fully within our control.
